How we help

Individual therapy.
Built around your athlete.

One-on-one virtual therapy for youth athletes, with room to talk about sports, school, and life.

Our focus

A place to talk.
A way forward.

Being an athlete is one part of who your child is. Therapy gives them a place to feel heard, understand their feelings, and work toward goals that matter to them.

We work with youth athletes across sports and skill levels. Each athlete meets individually with a clinician online.

For parents

You can start
the conversation.

You don’t need to know exactly what your athlete needs before reaching out. Ask about our approach, availability, and cost. We’ll help you decide on the next step.

The clinician will explain how parent involvement can support your athlete’s care and how privacy works.

Who is this for?

Our practice focuses on youth athletes. You do not need to be an elite player. A parent or guardian can reach out to ask whether our care is a good fit for their athlete.

Is this therapy?

Yes. We offer individual therapy for youth athletes. Sessions give athletes space to talk about their feelings, the pressure of sports, and what is happening in their lives.

How do virtual sessions work?

Your athlete meets with a clinician by video. Choose a quiet, private space and use a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet access. We will share the details before the first session.

Can a parent be involved?

Yes, when it supports the athlete’s care. The clinician will explain how parent involvement and privacy work. Our service is centered on the individual athlete.

Where do you offer care?

Our current focus is virtual care for youth athletes in California. We confirm the athlete’s location and the clinician’s availability before scheduling.

What does a session cost?

How do we get started?
